Air conditioning temperature controllers are divided into two types: manual and mechanical, with LCD display and adjustable display depending on the display.
The air conditioning thermostat is programmed to control and send various signals to the actuator, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling the air conditioning fan side pipes and electric two-way valves.
A temperature controller is an electrical switchgear that controls the temperature of an air-conditioned room. The temperature range of the air-conditioned room controlled by the temperature controller is generally between 18 ℃ and 28 ℃. The commonly used temperature controller for window air conditioners is based on the principle of pressure action to push the contacts on and off. There are generally two types of control methods;

Should we install a temperature control panel for underfloor heating? How to use the floor heating thermostat?
It is recommended to install a temperature control panel. Floor heating is a complete system, and its central control is achieved through a temperature controller. A good temperature controller can accurately adjust the temperature and determine the indoor temperature, mainly through a probe.
Should a temperature controller be installed for water heating?
If the water supply temperature of central heating exceeds 60 ℃, it is recommended to install a mixing system to protect and extend the service life of the floor heating pipe.
For self heating or central heating with low temperature, it is recommended to install temperature control valve to control flow. The temperature control valve for controlling flow can be divided into manual and electric modes of operation. I suggest choosing an electric one. From the installation position, it can be divided into pre installation of the water distributor and self adjustment of the water distributor. The best installation depends on the cleanliness of the local heating water. Generally speaking, central heating is installed in front of the water distributor, and self heating is selected from the water distributor.
How to adjust the water heating thermostat?
The mixed water system is generally set at a starting temperature of 45 ℃ and a stopping temperature of 35 ℃. This means that when the heating water temperature is higher than 45 ℃, the system circulation pump automatically starts, pumping the return water into the water supply to reduce the heating water temperature. When the heating water temperature is lower than 35 ℃, the circulation pump automatically stops working and is directly heated by the heating company.
The electric temperature control valve for controlling the flow of water and floor heating only needs to set the heating room temperature in each area. When the room temperature is higher than the set room temperature, the electric actuator will turn down or close the inlet valve to reduce the heat supply. When the room temperature is lower than the set room temperature, the electric actuator will turn up or open the inlet valve to increase the heat supply and achieve the goal of balancing the room temperature.
The temperature controller of electric floor heating is controlled separately for each room. You only need to set the heating room temperature for each room, and the temperature controller will turn on or off the power switch based on the heating room temperature you set to achieve the purpose of controlling the room temperature.
How to use the floor heating thermostat?
1. Floor heating temperature controller
It is mainly divided into two types: mechanical and electronic. Among them, the electronic type has a liquid crystal display (the electronic thermostat with a liquid crystal display has some programmable functions), the point without a liquid crystal display is the ambient temperature sensed by a thermistor, and the connected heater is relayed. Or even cooler work or stop.
2. If your floor heater is equipped with a mechanical temperature controller, there is a bimetal box or metal capsule inside. At this time, you can set the temperature according to the principle of thermal expansion to release the heat.
3. If you are using a mechanical thermostat, the adjustment method is relatively simple. After installing your floor heating thermostat, you can start setting the temperature.
We turn the switch on the right side of the thermostat to the open position and set the set temperature (set the temperature button on the rotating thermostat and point the temperature scale you want to set to the point in the middle of the thermostat).
