Working Principle:
Inside the thermostatic mixing valve, there is a thermal sensing element that continuously expands or contracts to adjust the proportion of hot and cold water at the inlet.
These adjustments are achieved through a cylindrical piston inside the valve. The expansion or contraction of the thermal sensing element pushes the piston to move up or down coaxially, thereby regulating the proportion of hot and cold water at the inlet.
Advantages:
The thermostatic mixing valve can accurately adjust the outlet water temperature to keep it constant at the set value.
It is not affected by changes in water usage and water pressure.
